  • 1 pkg. (2-layer size) yellow cake mix
  • 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
  • 2 pkg. (3.4 oz. each) JELL-O Butterscotch Flavor Instant Pudding
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 Granny Smith apples, peeled, finely chopped

    Heat oven to 350F.

    Mix dry cake mix and spices, then use to prepare cake batter as directed on package; pour into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.

    Beat dry pudding mixes, sugar, milk and water in medium bowl with whisk 2 min.

    Stir in apples; spoon evenly over batter.
