- 10-oz. pkg. frozen raspberries, thawed
- 3 Tbs. maple syrup
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 tsp. kudzu
Directions

1In food processor or blender, process raspberries until pureed.

2Transfer to top of double boiler and cook, stirring occasionally, 8 minutes.

3Stir in maple syrup and vanilla.

4In small bowl, dissolve kudzu in 14 cup cold water.

5Stir into raspberries.

6Mixture will be chalky-white at first.

7The color will deepen as kudzu dissolves.

8Reduce heat to low and cook, stirring occasionally, until thickened slightly, about 3 minutes.

9If sauce becomes too thick, add a teaspoon water.
