- 14 12 ounces chopped sauerkraut, rinsed and well drained
- 1 tablespoon caraway seed
- 1 tablespoon dijon-style mustard
- 12 ounces deli corned beef
- 34 cup thousand island dressing
- 2 cups shredded swiss cheese
- pumpernickel party bread or rye crackers
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350.

2In a small bowl combine sauerkraut, caraway seeds and mustard.

3Spoon sauerkraut mixture in bottom of 2-quart rectangular baking dish.

4Place corned beef on top.

5Spread dressing over corned beef and sprinkle with cheese.

6Bake, uncovered, about 20 minutes or until heated through.

7Serve with bread and/or crackers.
