  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/2 lb. shrimp, cleaned
  • salt
  • freshly ground pepper
  • crushed red pepper
  • 1/2 lb. pea pods or fresh peas
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh basil
  • 1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. vodka
  • desired greens (spinach, endive or Boston lettuce)
  • red onion, sliced thin

    Heat oil in skillet or wok on high heat.

    Saute shrimp until pink.
