  • 2 Cucumbers
  • 1/2 to 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 to 3 cm from a tube Wasabi
  • 1 large A plastic container with a lid

Directions

    Wash the cucumbers well, sprinkle with salt and roll while pressing down on a cutting board.

    Cut into easy to eat pieces.

    Don't wash off the salt and put the pieces as-is in the plastic container.

    Add the wasabi to the plastic container.

    Put the lid on and shake well.

    Taste and adjust the seasoning.

    When the flavors are evenly distributed, it's done.
