  • 2 whole Eggs, Hardboiled
  • 1/2 teaspoons Chopped Fresh Ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoons Turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon Horseradish Brown Mustard
  • 1 Tablespoon Wasabi Mayonnaise

    Boil 2 eggs. When water is to a rolling boil, turn off the heat, cover and wait 18 minutes. Cool, refrigerate or burn your fingers trying to peel the eggs. Chop eggs. Peel and dice a small hunk of fresh ginger-pinky nail sized. Add all of the other ingredients to eggs. Mix, put on toast. Or eat straight. No one's watching. Keep a full glass of water on hand and Kleenex to blow and mop your tears! 'Cause this stuff is HOT.
