  • 1 (3 1/2 oz.) box instant pistachio pudding
  • 1 box white cake mix (any brand)
  • 1 c. vegetable oil
  • 1/2 c. walnuts
  • 1 c. ginger ale or lemon-lime soda
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 large container Cool Whip (for icing)

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together, except Cool Whip.

    Put in Bundt pan.

    Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes.

    Top with Cool Whip after cake has cooled.

    Decorate with cherries for a festive Christmas cake.
