  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. club soda
  • 1 c. oil
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts

    Blend all ingredients into large mixing bowl, then beat two minutes at medium speed. Bake in three 9 inch greased and floured cake pans at 350° for 20-25 minutes. Frost with cream cheese icing.
