  • 1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 small box pistachio instant pudding
  • 1 (9 oz.) container whipped topping
  • 1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
  • 1 1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)

    Combine pineapple and pistachio pudding into a bowl and mix well.

    Fold in whipped topping and stir in marshmallows and nuts. Chill 1 hour.
