  • 1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant dry pistachio pudding mix
  • 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (plus syrup)
  • 1 c. miniature marshmallows
  • 1 c. finely chopped walnuts or pecans
  • 1 (9 oz.) container Cool Whip

Directions

    In a large glass bowl, blend together pudding and mix in pineapple.

    Mix well.

    Fold in marshmallows and nuts.

    Fold in Cool Whip.

    Chill.
