Ingredients

  • 1 (15 or 20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (do not drain)
  • 1 (3 1/2 oz.) instant pistachio pudding
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows, cut fine
  • 1 large carton Cool Whip
  • 10 to 12 maraschino cherries, cut fine

Directions

    Add nuts and marshmallows to pineapple.

    Stir in pudding. Fold in Cool Whip and cherries.

    Chill and serve.
