  • 1 pkg. white cake mix
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. mixed fruit gelatin
  • 1 c. cut up watermelon
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 3/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 4 eggs

Directions

    Sprinkle flour over cake mix.

    Add gelatin, oil and melon. Mix thoroughly with electric mixer, adding one egg at a time. Bake in 2 greased 8-inch pans at 325°.
