Ingredients
- 12 cup sugar
- 14 cup watermelon or 14 cup any flavor gelatin powder
- 34 cup boiling water
- 5 cups seeded cubed watermelon
Directions

1Dissolve sugar and gelatin in the boiling water.

2Set aside.

3Puree watermelon in blender, then mix with gelatin mixture.

4Pour into a large, non-greased pan.

5(I use my glass 2 quart casserole dish).

6Cover with saran wrap and place in freezer overnight.

7Remove from freezer one hour before you plan to serve it.

8Spoon into paper cones or serving dishes.
