Watermelon Punch

Ingredients

  • 1/2 watermelon
  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • mint leaf (to garnish)

Directions

    Scoop out the pulp of the watermelon and remove the seeds. Liquefy the pulp in an electric blender or force through a sieve. You should have 4 cups of juice. Combine with all the remaining ingredients but the mint and pour over ice into a punch bowl or serve from the watermelon shell. Garnish with the mint.

    NOTE: Rum or cognac may be added.
