- 6 c. water
- juice of 5 oranges
- 2 bananas, sliced
- 1 (46 oz.) can pineapple juice (unsweetened)
- 5 crushed bananas
Directions

1Combine sugar and water.

2Boil 3 minutes.

3Let cool.

4Add orange juice and 2 bananas, also 5 bananas.

5Freeze.

6To serve, use equal parts frozen mixture (partly thawed) and 7-Up.

7Pour over orange sherbet.

8Serves 30 (12 ounce) glasses or 50 punch cups.
