Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, boned, skinned and diced
  • 1 lb. spaghetti, cooked
  • 1/2 c. celery, diced
  • 1/2 c. onion, diced
  • 2 small cans pimento
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom or celery soup
  • 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated

Directions

    Cook chicken, celery and onion until tender.

    Spray large, oblong baking dish with Pam.

    Put drained spaghetti in dish.

    Top with chicken, celery and onion.

    Combine soups in bowl and whisk until blended.

    (May need to add a bit of milk.)

    Pour over spaghetti and chicken.

    Layer cheese over top and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
