- 2 chicken breasts, boned, skinned and diced
- 1 lb. spaghetti, cooked
- 1/2 c. celery, diced
- 1/2 c. onion, diced
- 2 small cans pimento
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom or celery soup
- 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
- 1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
Directions

1Cook chicken, celery and onion until tender.

2Spray large, oblong baking dish with Pam.

3Put drained spaghetti in dish.

4Top with chicken, celery and onion.

5Combine soups in bowl and whisk until blended.

6(May need to add a bit of milk.)

7Pour over spaghetti and chicken.

8Layer cheese over top and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
