Ingredients
- 1 qt. green beans, cooked
- 1 qt. tomatoes, cooked
- 1 pt. tomato juice
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 2 bell peppers, chopped
- 1 small cabbage, chopped
- 1 can sliced mushrooms
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
- 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Mix all ingredients except cabbage in large pot; cook about 15 minutes, then add cabbage and cook until cabbage is tender.

2If you eat this twice a day, there can be weight loss of 5 to 8 pounds per week.

3The more soup you eat, the more weight you will lose.
