  • 1 c. rice, instant
  • 1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
  • 1 lb. hamburger, drained
  • 1 pkg. chili mix
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 onion, if desired

Directions

    Cook hamburger, drain.

    Cook rice and set aside.

    After draining meat, add tomato sauce, chili mix and stir together. Put mixture into casserole dish and add cheese on top.

    Bake at 350° until bubbly.

    Great with salad and French bread.
