- 1 c. rice, instant
- 1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
- 1 lb. hamburger, drained
- 1 pkg. chili mix
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 onion, if desired
Directions

1Cook hamburger, drain.

2Cook rice and set aside.

3After draining meat, add tomato sauce, chili mix and stir together. Put mixture into casserole dish and add cheese on top.

4Bake at 350° until bubbly.

5Great with salad and French bread.
