  • 2 lb groundbeef
  • 3 medium potatoes sliced
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 2 boxes frozed piecrust
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 dusting of garlic

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350.

    Mix all of the above ingredients (except the pie crust) in Large bowl.

    Lightly spray cookie sheets with Pam spray and place one crust on each sheet.

    Place half of the meat/potatoe mixture on each crust.
  5. 5
    Top with remaining crusts and fold over edges.

    Add a few slits for steam to escape.

    Cook for 30-45 minutes depending on your oven making sure inside is done!
