  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 c. olive oil
  • 3 oz. lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. ice water
  • 3 oz. vinegar (optional)
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Layer crab meat and onion in bowl. Pour remaining ingredients over, 1 at a time. Marinate from 2 to 12 hours.
