Ingredients: 2 lb. ground round beef; 2 c. fine bread crumbs; 2 Tbsp. minced onion; 1 clove minced garlic; 4 Tbsp. chopped parsley; 2 eggs; salt and pepper to taste; 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine; 3 Tbsp. cornstarch; 2 green peppers, sliced thin; 1 c. vinegar; 1 c. sugar; dash of hot pepper sauce; 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce; 1 medium onion, sliced thin; 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks with juice

1 medium onion, sliced thin

Directions

Combine beef, bread crumbs, onion, garlic, parsley, eggs, salt and pepper in large bowl until well mixed.

Shape into 1-inch balls and brown in butter or margarine over medium heat.

Remove from skillet and set aside.
