Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground round beef
  • 2 c. fine bread crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 4 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 2 eggs
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 2 green peppers, sliced thin
  • 1 c. vinegar
  • 1 c. sugar
  • dash of hot pepper sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 medium onion, sliced thin
  • 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks with juice

Directions

    Combine beef, bread crumbs, onion, garlic, parsley, eggs, salt and pepper in large bowl until well mixed.

    Shape into 1-inch balls and brown in butter or margarine over medium heat.

    Remove from skillet and set aside.
