- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 (8 oz.) can cream-style corn
- 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°.

2Grease a Bundt pan.

3Combine meal, baking powder and cheese.

4In another bowl, mix eggs, oil, corn and sour cream.

5Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients.

6Spoon into pan.
