- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1 Tbsp. shortening
- about 3 c. self-rising flour
Directions

1Combine water, sugar, yeast and shortening.

3Mix in enough of the flour to make a workable dough to roll out for biscuits.

4Roll dough and cut out biscuits.

5Place on greased baking sheet.

6Let stand 1 hour in warm place.
