Western Bean Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. bacon
  • 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1/3 c. diced onion
  • 28 oz. can pork and beans (undrained)
  • 17 oz. can baby limas, drained and rinsed
  • 16 oz. can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/3 c. barbecue sauce (original Open Pit)
  • 2/3 c. ketchup
  • 1/2 c. granulated sugar
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. molasses

Directions

    Cook and drain excess bacon grease.

    Cook, drain and rinse ground beef.

    Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

    Pour into a casserole dish prepared with Pam.

    Bake in a preheated oven at 350° for 1 hour.
