- 6 c. mashed turnips
- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 stick margarine
- bread crumbs (buttered)
Directions

1Salt and cook enough turnips to make six cups of mashed turnips; drain and mash.

2Add softened cream cheese, sugar and margarine and mix well.

3Pour into casserole and top with bread crumbs.

4Bake in 350° oven until bubbly hot and lightly browned.
