- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup soy sauce, tamari
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 small onions chopped
- 1 each beef chuck steak (3 to 4 pound, 3/4 to 1 inch thick)
Directions

1Combine first 4 ingredients in saucepan; bring to boil.

2Simmer 5 minutes; cool.

3Pour into plastic bag with meat.

4Refrigerate 8 to 10 hours, or overnight.

5Broil 8 to 10 minutes on each side (for rare or medium doneness).

6To serve, cut across grain into thin slices.
