  • 1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 4 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • shrimp, canned crabmeat or lobster
  • 2 medium potatoes, diced
  • 1/2 c. peas
  • 2 medium carrots, shredded
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 egg
  • oil for frying

    Combine flour and baking powder; sift into first mixture.
