  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning
  • 1 c. water
  • flour shells
  • 2 cans enchilada sauce
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 c. shredded lettuce
  • 3 medium tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 can black or green olives

Directions

    Cook meat and drain.

    Add seasoning and water. Put meat into large flour shells and roll.

    Put in greased 1-by-inch layer pan. Put 1/2 of cheese on top of burrito and pour enchilada sauce over top.

    Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.

    Top with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, black or green olives and other half of cheese.
