- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning
- 1 c. water
- flour shells
- 2 cans enchilada sauce
- Mozzarella cheese
- 2 c. shredded lettuce
- 3 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 can black or green olives
Directions

1Cook meat and drain.

2Add seasoning and water. Put meat into large flour shells and roll.

3Put in greased 1-by-inch layer pan. Put 1/2 of cheese on top of burrito and pour enchilada sauce over top.

4Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.

5Top with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, black or green olives and other half of cheese.
