  • 1 c. whole wheat flour
  • 1 c. wheat germ
  • 1 c. stone ground corn meal
  • 1/3 c. honey
  • 5 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/3 c. melted margarine
  • sesame seed

Directions

    Mix all dry ingredients well.

    Beat eggs, combine with rest of wet and dry ingredients, just until they are mixed.

    Pour batter into greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan.

    Sprinkle with sesame seed. Bake in preheated 350° oven about 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

    Cool slightly before cutting.
