- 1 c. whole wheat flour
- 1 c. wheat germ
- 1 c. stone ground corn meal
- 1/3 c. honey
- 5 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 large eggs
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1/3 c. melted margarine
- sesame seed
Directions

1Mix all dry ingredients well.

2Beat eggs, combine with rest of wet and dry ingredients, just until they are mixed.

3Pour batter into greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan.

4Sprinkle with sesame seed. Bake in preheated 350° oven about 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

5Cool slightly before cutting.
