- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 lb sliced mushrooms
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 cup chopped green onion
- 1 cup cracked bulgur wheat (or Ala)
- 2 cups water
Directions

1Saute onions and mushrooms in butter until brown.

2Stir in bulgur and salt then stir for about 1 minute.

3Add water and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.

4Cover and place in 350°F oven for 20-25 minutes.
