  • 2 pkg. hot dogs, cut up
  • 1/4 c. mustard
  • 1/4 c. ketchup
  • 3 boxes Jiffy mix
  • 1 diced onion
  • 2 cans pork and beans
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Prepare Jiffy cornbread mix as directed on box.

    Pour 1/2 of the mix into pan. Combine all other ingredients and pour over cornbread mixture.

    Add the remaining 1/2 of the cornbread mix over the top.

    Bake at 350° until golden brown, approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour.
