- 3 sticks soft butter
- 3 c. sugar
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 pt. whipping cream
- 3 c. plain flour
- 1 Tbsp. lemon extract
Directions

1Sit butter out the day before (2 days won't hurt).

2Cream the butter and sugar together.

3Blend in the eggs, one at a time. Blend in the whipping cream and sifted flour.

4Add the lemon extract and continue to blend until smooth.

5Grease and flour a Bundt pan generously.

6Place in a cold oven and bake at 315° for 1 1/2 hours.

7(Do not preheat oven.)
