Whip Cream Icing

   Add milk and flour in saucepan and bring to boil or until thickened.

   Remove from burner and let cool.

   Combine Crisco and oleo in bowl.

   Cream well.

   Add powdered sugar and beat on high until creamy.

   Add milk mixture to sugar mixture.

   Beat at high speed until fluffy and creamy.
