  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

    Using the KitchenAid(R) 5 Cup Food Chopper, insert the whisk accessory into the work bowl. Place work bowl with whisk into the freezer for 10 min. Adjust lever on Chopper base to puree mode.

    Place cold work bowl and whisk onto the Chopper base. Add whipping cream,

    powdered sugar and vanilla extract into the bowl. Secure lid.

    Press and hold power button for 1 minute to make stiff peaks of whipped cream.

    Store any unused portion in an airtight container, for up to 2 days. Whisk again for 15 seconds to reform peaks.
