- 1 cup Double Cream
- 1 packages Puff Pastry
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 bunch strawberries
Directions

1Defrost Puff pastry and roll out thin.

2Cut using cutters or edge of cup to make small round shape pastry pieces.

3Put these pastry pieces in the oven at 180F Celsius for approximately 15-20 mins.

4Whip the double cream with the sugar and refrigerate for 30 mins or more.

5Once pastries have risen and turned slightly golden brown, leave to cool (DON'T PUT CREAM ON HOT PASTRIES AS THE CREAM WILL MELT)

6Pipe or spoon the whipped cream on to the cooled pastries and pop a strawberry on top... TA DAAAA!!
