- 15 ounces Reduced Fat Whipped Ricotta
- 1 teaspoon garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
Directions

1In a food processor or blender add ricotta and blend for 2 minutes. Add in garlic, salt and olive oil and blend for another 4 minutes or until smooth. After two minutes slowly add in honey.

2Serve with crackers or whole grain toast
