Ingredients

  • 100 g plain sweet biscuits, finely crushed
  • 12 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa, sifted
  • 12 cup icing sugar, sifted
  • 14 cup sultana
  • 14 cup irish cream
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • shredded coconut, to decorate
  • chocolate sprinkles, to decorate

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together into balls.

    (Do not add the coconut and sprinkles at this stage these ingredients are to roll balls in).

    Roll in coconut or choc sprinkles and refrigerate until set.
