  • 2 cups cooked cannellini beans
  • 12 cup parsley
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove
  • salt and pepper
  • 8 slices bread, cut in half

Directions

    In food processor, process parsley, olive oil, lemon juice and garlic until finely chopped and blended.

    Add beans and pulse until desired consistency is reached.
