White Bean Dip

  • 1 can (15 Oz. Size) White Beans (Cannellini Beans Are Best)
  • 1 teaspoon Dry Rosemary, Or 1 Small Sprig Fresh
  • 2 cloves Garlic (or To Taste)
  • Olive Oil (optional)
  • Kosher Salt

Directions

    Combine first three ingredients in a food processor and pulse until the beans are mashed.

    With motor running, drizzle in olive oil until dip is creamy.
  3. 3
    This dip can be made by just mashing the beans, as well.
  4. 4
    If you desire a dip that is less thick, you can add up to 1/2 cup water to the dip to thin it.

    After tasting dip, add salt to taste.

    I usually add 1 teaspoon, give a few pulses of the processor, and add an additional 1 teaspoon if needed.
