White Bean Dip

- 1 can (15 Oz. Size) White Beans (Cannellini Beans Are Best)
- 1 teaspoon Dry Rosemary, Or 1 Small Sprig Fresh
- 2 cloves Garlic (or To Taste)
- Olive Oil (optional)
- Kosher Salt
Directions

1Combine first three ingredients in a food processor and pulse until the beans are mashed.

2With motor running, drizzle in olive oil until dip is creamy.

3This dip can be made by just mashing the beans, as well.

4If you desire a dip that is less thick, you can add up to 1/2 cup water to the dip to thin it.

5After tasting dip, add salt to taste.

6I usually add 1 teaspoon, give a few pulses of the processor, and add an additional 1 teaspoon if needed.
