- 1 lb. white beans
- 1 small onion
- 1 c. celery
- 1 c. cabbage
- 10 oz. can Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 qt. chicken broth
- chopped, cooked ham
Directions

1Soak beans overnight.

2Cook in chicken broth until soft.

3Chop onion, celery, cabbage and garlic.

4Cook in small amount of oil until soft.

5Add to beans.

6Add ham, salt and pepper to taste. Cook on low for 30 minutes.
