White Bean Soup

  • 1 lb. white beans
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 c. celery
  • 1 c. cabbage
  • 10 oz. can Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 qt. chicken broth
  • chopped, cooked ham

Directions

    Soak beans overnight.

    Cook in chicken broth until soft.

    Chop onion, celery, cabbage and garlic.

    Cook in small amount of oil until soft.

    Add to beans.

    Add ham, salt and pepper to taste. Cook on low for 30 minutes.
