- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1 stick margarine
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 c. confectioners sugar
- 1 c. Cool Whip
- 2 small pkg. instant chocolate pudding mix
- 3 c. milk
- 1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip
- nuts, chopped
Directions

1Mix flour and pecans.

2Melt margarine and pour into the flour mixture.

3Stir until well mixed.

4Press mixture in the bottom of a large Pyrex baking dish.

5Bake at 350° until brown.

6Cool.

7Blend cream cheese, sugar and Cool Whip to form the second layer and place in dish.

8Mix instant pudding and 3 cups milk and place in dish for the third layer.

9Spread large container of Cool Whip over third layer and sprinkle with nuts.

10Refrigerate until ready to serve.
