- 9 1/2 to 10 c. bread flour
- 2 Tbsp. yeast
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 qt. hot water
- 9 Tbsp. dry milk
- 1 1/4 c. salad oil
Directions

1In large pan, combine 8 cups flour, 2 tablespoons yeast, 1/2 cup sugar, 1 tablespoon salt and 9 tablespoons dry milk.

2Mix with spoon, then make a well and add salad oil and water.

3Beat by hand for about 5 minutes until it looks smooth and shiny.

4Then add a couple of cups of flour and beat again.

5Keep adding flour until you can work it with your hands.

6Then sprinkle a little flour under the dough and keep kneading until the dough doesn't stick to your hands.

7(You may need more flour than 10 cups.)

8Turn over and grease top and cover.

9Set on a pan of hot water to rise for 2 hours, then work down and divide into three 3 x 12-inch loaf pans. Set on warm water and let rise 1 hour.
