- 1 teaspoon yeast sugar and salt
- 2 cups sourdough
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 1/4 teaspoon vinegar
- 15/16 cup warm water
Directions

1Before the baking day makes the sourdough.

2On baking day mix all ingredients together.

3After knead shape the dough and put into large ball.

4Rest for 45 minutes.

5Pull edge to centre and rest 45 minutes.

6Press out the air and shape the dough.

7Rest for 90 minutes or put into the fridge for a night.

8Preheat oven for 250 Celsius.

9Put the bread on baking tray and cut the top.

10Grease the top with water.

115 minutes after the start of baking, put few ice cube into oven for steaming.
