White Cabbage Salad

Ingredients

  • One head white cabbage
  • 1 white onion or 2 charlottes
  • 4 Tbs white wine vinegar
  • 3 Tbs oil (olive or any other)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1/2 tee spoon Tarragon

Directions

    Cut cabbage in half and slice it thin and remove the stem.

    Dice onions fine and add all other ingredients.
  3. 3
    Mix well and let it sit for at least 2 hours or over night.
  4. 4
    Try and add more vinegar, salt, pepper or tarragon to taste.
