  • 1/2 c. butter or oleo
  • 1/2 c. crisco

Directions

    Mix together and beat 5 minutes.

    Add 1 c. sugar.

    Beat another 5 minutes.

    Scrape bowl often.

    Add mixture to butter, crisco, sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla and a pinch of salt.

    Beat for 5 minutes more.
  7. 7
    I like lots of frosting so I double this recipe.
