  • 2 lbs American cheese (white cheese, sliced)
  • 1 cup milk

Directions

    Place onion in a medium microwave-safe bowl, cover loosely with heavy-duty plastic wrap.

    Microwave on high 2 minutes.

    Stir garlic, hot diced tomatoes and green chiles, diced tomatoes and green chiles, green chiles, oregano, and pepper into onion.

    Roughly tear cheese slices and place in a 4-quart slow cooker.
