  • 1 1/2 to 2 lb. chicken breast, cut bite size
  • 48 oz. Great Northern beans
  • 3/4 lb. Monterey Jack or jalapeno Jack cheese (about 3 c. shredded)
  • 1 (16 oz.) jar salsa (hot or mild, as preferred)

Directions

    Cook chicken in Dutch oven or stock pot until tender.

    Add all other ingredients.

    Heat until cheese melts and chili is hot. Serve with corn chips or Tostados.
