  • 2 qt. onions, chopped
  • 2-2/3 cups jalapeno peppers, minced
  • 1/2 cup garlic, minced
  • 1 cup oil
  • - turkey breasts, cooked, cubed
  • 1-1/2 gal. canned great Northern beans, drained, rinsed
  • 1 gal. chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup lime juice
  • 1/2 cup southwestern seasoning
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2-1/4 qt. KRAFT CHEDASHARP Pasteurized Process American Cheese Shred

Directions

    Saute onions, peppers and garlic in hot oil in large stockpot 6 to 8 min.

    or until tender.

    Add turkey, beans, broth, lime juice and seasoning; mix well.

    Bring to boil.

    Mix cornstarch and water.

    Add to chili; mix well.

    Simmer 2 min.

    or until thickened, stirring occasionally.

    Ladle 1 cup chili into serving bowl and top with 3 Tbsp.
