  • 9 c. chicken broth
  • 1 pkg. chicken breast, cooked, chopped and boneless
  • 3 cans white Northern beans (1 lb. cans)
  • 1 lb. can diced tomatoes
  • 1 green pepper, diced
  • 1 red pepper, diced
  • 1 yellow pepper, diced
  • 1 small can diced green chilies
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • ground cumin to taste
  • 2 onions, chopped

Directions

    Boil chicken with water until tender.

    Add broth to make nine cups.

    Add all other ingredients and simmer until the flavors blend.
