- 1 1/2 lb. boned skinless chicken breasts (4)
- 1 large can (49 1/2 oz.) chicken broth
- 1 large jar (48 oz.) undrained Northern beans
- 2 c. chopped white onion
- 1/2 bulb garlic, chopped
- 1 (4 oz.) can green chili peppers, chopped (may omit)
- 2 tsp. cumin
- 2 tsp. oregano
- 1/4 tsp. white pepper
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- olive oil for sauteing
Directions

1Saute onion and garlic in olive oil.

2Microwave chicken until done and dice.

3Simmer chicken broth and beans.

4Add onion, garlic, chicken and seasonings to broth mixture and slow cook for 2 to 3 hours.
